Question by lisa: Is there a drug rehabilitation program which also helps the family of the drug abuser?
After three years of negotiation, my friend’s brother has finally agreed to check into a drug rehab and the whole family wants to support him. Are there rehab programs which provide talks or seminars about dealing with a family member who’s into drugs?

Yes, some drug rehabs offer programs to help the families of drug abusers. I’ve come across this information while I was reading about different drug rehabs in Texas (I’m going to ask my boyfriend to enter a rehab to put a stop into his addiction). I think the programs will help your friend’s family to forget about the pain caused by a family member’s problem with drugs. Give your friend all the support he needs because dealing with a person who abuses drugs is not easy.
