I Have Been Very Ill for the Past Year I Was Diagnosed With IBS?

Question by Chris: I have been Very ill for the past year I was diagnosed with IBS?
I lost 30lbs in a month. I’m 6 1 and now currently weigh 127 . I was diagnosed with IBS, but I have chronic diarrhea . My question is- Why would my doctor prescribe me Linzess 290MCG if it’s supposed to be for people with IBS-C.., I have IBS-D wouldn’t that make me lose more weight and have even more severe diarrhea ? ..

Solesta is an injectable gel delivered into the anal canal in an outpatient procedure taking approximately 10 minutes without the need for surgery or anesthesia.
