hiii, i am in 12 std, i was gud in academics till class 11th….. but now i cant even concentrate on my studies…iam very much addicted to internet surfing…..whole night i keep using computers…i had a great wish to join armed forces tommorow is my exam and iam sitting in front of computer…my parents do not know about this as i close my doors during studies…..ia m totally upset plssss help me and suggest anyway to come out of this problem..

INTERNET ADDICTION:
Realise that you may well be using it as a more entertaining, or safer substitute for real life, with its risks, problems, work, and boredom.
Set a sensible limit, such as 2 – 3 hrs, and use an alarm, or reminder in your PDA, or cell/mobile phone for 10 mns earlier, so you can finish. Have some things ready to do, then.
If you don’t stick to this, no internet next day.
