I’m doing a research paper on prescription drug abuse, I have two causes and I need another !
Plus, I’m in world literature so I’m supposed to tie it into world issues, not just America. Does anyone know any other countries with these kind of problems?

prescription drugs are abused because they are easier and cheaper to get than illegal drugs mexico has lax laws on getting prescriptions thats why alot of people here in texas cross the border get their script buy the meds then smuggle them across and sell them at 1000% markup

Let's say they pay $ 700 a month. And they're happy with it. Maybe that plan didn't include pregnancy coverage because they aren't doing that anymore. Maybe the policy doesn't include alcohol and drug abuse treatment because they aren't doing that either.
