so iv noticed for the past week or two its been harder to get an erection and keep it and i think it could be because of like over masturbation but iv also been snorting alot of painkillers,drinking,and iv been smoking weed for the past 2 years everyday but i never had this problem when i just smoked weed is it from the pills or what becouse i was about to have sex with this girl and i couldnt get hard and it was really quite embarrassing and i would like to know what to do to stop this

Ok first of all lower the drug consumption, it will help. Try masturbating really slowly and grip quite hard. If this doesn’t work, consider taking Viagra.
