I married a guy in 2003. We had 2 kids together. He was very abusive and cheated on me all the time. In 2008, he sold me, yes he literary sold me to a drug dealer and disappeared with our kids. I have not seen or heard from him since. I want to get a divorve, but I cant find him. I dont have the money for a lawyer and he has vanished from the face of the earth.I dont want anything from the divorce. He can keep it all. I just want my freedom. Can anyone tell me how to go about getting a divorce? I live in texas.

You need to go down to a court house in your town and file for divorce threw the court. You do not need a lawyer. Go to your local court house they can explain everything!
